OFRU Recycling from Babenhausen/Germany introduces a new solvent recovery equipment to the market.

The recycling unit ASC-150 fulfills all strict European safety rules like ATEX and consist like large models of a integrated steam heating system. The advantages against a conventional thermal oil heating are fast heating up of the dirty solvents and a high distillation speed with a compact machine design.  Large distillation boilers, are no longer necessary due to the innovative heating method and construction. Further the annual and cost intensive change of thermal oil is void. For the operation of the independent steam heating system only 400 Volt are necessary.

The distillation vessel offers a conical bottom for unproblematic emptying the slurry and/or distillation residues. For an effective cleaning of the inner vessel walls modern scrapers are installed. These scrapers always optimally fit on the wall and do not have to be adjusted any more while wear. A continuous filling system (autofill) for 24hr-operation and a powerful  vacuum unit belongs to the basic equipment.

The compact is 2m high ASC-150 is laid out for approx. 200-600 l/day solvents. The installation and start-up can be done easily by the operator itself.
