The OWM parts washing machine is used for cleaning parts from the printing and varnishing industry. Parts are loaded from the front of the parts washing machine. For this purpose, the washing basket of the parts washing machine is moved out of the washing chamber by hand. In the washing chamber there are nozzle frames with flat spray nozzles. After loading the parts washing machine, the washing basket is pushed into the washing chamber and firmly locked. After the front folding door is closed by pneumatic cylinders via two-hand operation by means of pushbuttons, the washing process of the parts washing machine can be started.
The wash and the optional rinse cleaner are stored in the parts washer in two separate stainless steel tanks and, after the start of the wash program, each is pumped into the spray nozzle system by a double diaphragm pump. A stainless steel fine filter is connected upstream of the nozzle system in the parts washer and prevents clogging of the nozzles.
During washing and optional rinsing, a movable nozzle frame moves evenly over the items to be washed in the parts washer. The nozzles spray from different directions to produce an optimum cleaning result.
The sprayed cleaner is collected in the lower part of the washing chamber and flows back into the respective tank by natural slope. If the cleaner is too contaminated, it can be recycled by OFRU distillation unit (option).
If the nozzle frame gets stuck on the wash ware, a visual signal is displayed. The wash load can be repositioned and the washing process can continue.
On the side of the washing machine are operating buttons for the door, timer for the washing programs and emergency stop.
The OWM washing machine has standard ventilation flaps that can be connected to an on-site exhaust system. During the washing operation this flap is closed. At the end of operation, it opens for 2 minutes. The door is unlocked and can be opened.
