Babenhausen (Hesse), Germany, 14.03.2012 – OFRU Recycling from Babenhausen Germany (South Hesse) and the Danish company, Flexo Wash ApS from Skødstrup, have reached an agreement on a worldwide strategic alliance. A long-term cooperation is planned between the two technology leaders. OFRU Recycling is regarded as an expert in the field of recycling plants for soiled inflammable solvents, Flexo Wash as an innovator for cleaning systems for different branches of industry. Both companies serve the same customer target groups in the printing and ink processing industries and are internationally organised.

As a result of the cooperation, customers will have the benefit of being able to choose from a full range of professional products. Both manufacturers have vast know-how in their specific fields, a fact reflected in the development, function and reliability of each machine. In future customers will be able to obtain high-quality solvent recycling plants or industrial cleaning systems from a single source. In addition, competent contacts will be available worldwide. OFRU products will be marketed by Flexo Wash under their own product name. At the same time, Flexo Wash washing machines will be marketed by OFRU. The origin of the machine will be made transparent to the customer.

The aim of the supply cooperation is to be able to utilise the technically sophisticated products of both partners and to extend the product range. The combination of the two well-known brands will generate market advantages without relinquishing any independence or flexibility.
