A recently in Thailand installed ASC-500 with 24 KW recycles the solvent Cyrel ® FLEXOSOL® (DuPont) with an exceptionally high distillation performance.

The customer is the commercial representation of DuPont de Nemours from Germany. He is trading analog flexographic printing plates for the printing industrie in Thailand. The ASC-500 replaces two older distillation units other build.

The ASC-500 has an integrated steam heating system for rapid heating of the solvent. In this case, the continuous distillation capacity is: 240-280 liters per hour (with Flexosol). The plant is continuously filled and operates 24-hours.
